This is the launch we’ve been building toward for weeks. Three things at once.

First, PMS connectors: ivory now reads availability and writes bookings into the practice management software you already use. No spreadsheet, no double entry. Onboarding sets it up in minutes.

Second, every practice gets a real UK number provisioned automatically when you sign up. You can forward your existing line to it, or hand it out as your new front-desk number — your call.

Third, the inbox. Every conversation — phone calls, web enquiries, callbacks, public bookings — lands in one timeline, sorted by the patient. The team finally stops switching tabs to piece together who said what.

This is the shape of the product I’ve wanted from day one. Big thanks to every clinic that put up with the rough edges while we got here.
