Public booking pages, deposits, and a much better cancel flow
Self-serve booking pages went live for every clinic, with optional deposits and a cancel flow that protects the diary without bruising patients.

Three things shipped together this week. First, every clinic now has a public booking page at app.useivory.ai/book/<your-slug> — share it on Instagram, in your email signature, or pin it to your Google Business profile. Second, deposits are optional per treatment: set an amount, ivory captures it before the slot is held. Third, the cancel flow now reads the practice’s policy and applies it consistently — no more “was that a refund or a forfeit?” calls to reception.
Why it matters: the front desk gets fewer interruptions, the diary holds firmer, and the patients who were always going to no-show have skin in the game.
