Does it work with my practice management system?
If you use Dentally, Pabau, Cliniko, Semble, SOE Exact or Practice Plan, yes — out of the box. We also integrate bespoke systems for multi-site groups during onboarding. Bookings are written directly into the correct clinician’s diary in real time.
What does it cost?
We price per clinic, based on call volume and number of locations — not per minute. We’ll quote on a fifteen-minute call so you get a fixed monthly price that fits your volume, rather than a variable bill at the end of the month.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. ivory is operated by Dentree Ltd, ICO-registered in the UK. All patient data is processed in the UK/EEA, encrypted in transit and at rest, and retained under a written Data Processing Agreement. We’ll share our DPA and ROPA during onboarding.
What happens if ivory can’t answer something?
Anything clinical, complex or out-of-scope is warm-transferred to a named member of your team — or, out of hours, taken as a triaged callback with full context in the lead desk. ivory knows what it doesn’t know.
Can it call patients too, not just answer?
Yes. Outbound is where ivory earns back most of its cost. Web-form leads get called inside sixty seconds. Recalls go out automatically. No-shows get a deposit chase and a reschedule. Cancellations get filled from the waitlist.
How quickly can we go live?
