What dental practices ask us first.

Can ivory take deposits for new-patient and cosmetic consults?
Yes. We integrate with Stripe and with your PMS’s built-in payment pages so deposits are taken on the call, refundable against treatment, with an automatic receipt by SMS.
Does it work with SOE Exact and Dentally?
Yes to both, out of the box. We also support iSmile, Pearl, and most modern cloud dental PMS systems. Bespoke integrations are available for multi-site dental groups during onboarding.
Can it handle an emergency call properly?
ivory is trained on UK dental emergency triage — pain, trauma, swelling, bleeding. Anything clinically urgent is escalated straight to a named dentist or warm-transferred to your on-call mobile, with full context.
What about NHS-mixed practices?
ivory understands the difference between NHS, private, and plan patients, and only offers slots each patient is eligible for. We configure this against your Dentally or SOE patient flags during setup.
How does it know my hygienist intervals?
During onboarding we map your recall intervals (3/6/9/12 months) per clinician. ivory offers the correct next slot and writes the recall back so your diary stays accurate.
Will it scare off older patients?
ivory identifies itself as an AI receptionist at the start of every call, in a warm British voice. Our dental pilots consistently see older patients rate the experience higher than their previous call-centre provider.
