What women’s health clinics ask us.

Is ivory sensitive enough for menopause and fertility calls?
This is the vertical we’ve spent most time tuning. ivory uses a warm, unhurried voice and is trained to let patients finish their sentences, to avoid clinical-sounding jargon, and to stay calm around the reasons women are often calling — frustration with previous care, embarrassment, or distress.
Can it handle the symptom questionnaire before the appointment?
Yes. ivory sends your clinic’s pre-appointment questionnaire by SMS during the call. The completed form is written back to the patient record in Semble or Pabau before the consultation.
Will it route to a female clinician by default?
Yes, where you offer that option. We configure defaults per appointment type during onboarding — smears, coil fittings and intimate examinations route to female clinicians unless the patient asks otherwise.
Does it handle HRT review intervals?
Yes. 6-week, 3-month and 6-month HRT reviews are booked automatically from the prescription record, with a pre-review check-in captured and sent to the prescriber before the appointment.
What about GDPR for this kind of data?
Women’s health data is treated as special-category health data under UK GDPR. All processing is UK-based, encrypted, and covered by our DPA. We’ll share the full ROPA on request.
Can it warm-transfer urgent calls?
Yes — any call ivory can’t safely handle (acute bleeding, suspected ectopic, severe pain) is warm-transferred to a named clinician immediately with full context.
